How will you do it
We are looking for skilled HVAC Mechanics with practical work experience in their trade, including HVAC piping, plumbing, pipefitting, and/or mechanical equipment service industry.
Mechanics should have practical experience with light commercial or commercial mechanical equipment. Passing an examination to demonstrate specific skills may be required. The scope of work is limited to commercial HVACR service. Servicemen may partner with Journeymen in repairing centrifugal, steam turbines, and open-drive screw chillers. Responsibilities include performing maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems.
We offer factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA), along with recognition, monetary rewards, and opportunities for advancement. Our programs emphasize employee safety, and we provide tools, uniforms, and a company vehicle to support your work and service standards.
You will deliver exceptional service to customers by resolving facility inefficiencies and service issues. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide solutions and outcomes during commissioning and aftermarket service, including recommendations and upselling opportunities. You will also prepare quotes to support your recommendations.
