Job summary

Master, a leading HVAC-R distributor, is seeking a customer service-minded professional to manage calls, process orders and quotations, and support the inside sales team. The role emphasizes understanding client needs, building relationships, and ensuring accuracy in orders and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding customer service.
• Process orders and quotations using different methods and support inside sales team with quotation requests.
• Manage all incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
• Source parts and/or equipment in collaboration with buying groups and suppliers.
• Understand clients’ needs and suggest appropriate products or services to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable customer relationships and trust with customers account through open communication.
• Follow company guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Address customer's concerns and offer the best solution to solve the problem in a timely manner.
• Conduct physical inventory and maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness.
• Various other related duties including on-call duties to support the branch as assigned by supervisor.
• Ability to lift or move heavy products (up to 50lbs.);
• Forklift training will be required if the person doesn't have it already.
• Participate in after hours on-call rotation after 3 month that will involve attending the branch for emergency call outs.

Compensation Information

Base Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 annually

Supplemental Pay Types Include: Annual bonus

The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
