Job summary

Master is seeking a Branch Representative in Abbotsford to manage internal customer relationships, process orders and quotations, and promote HVAC-R products. You will work with inside/outside sales, source parts and equipment, and maintain inventory accuracy to drive branch sales.

The role requires excellent communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask and thrive under pressure. Previous HVAC-R or retail sales experience is an asset.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Problem solving abilities.
• Good sales abilities and persuasiveness.
• Ability to respond to emergency after hours call in an on-call rotation.
• Previous experience in HVAC-R industry, retail sales or technical related field (an asset).
• Ability to operate a forklift, training will be provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in a wholesale distribution environment.
• Process orders and quotations using different methods and support inside and outside sales team with quotation requests.
• Manage all incoming phone calls and text messages in a professional manner.
• Source parts and/or equipment in collaboration with buying groups and suppliers.
• Understand clients’ needs and suggest appropriate products or services to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable customer relationships and trust with customers account through open communication.
• Follow company guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Address customer's concerns and offer the best solution to solve the problem in a timely manner.
• Conduct physical inventory and maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness.
• Various other related duties including after hours on-call duties to support the branch as assigned by supervisor.
