Guardteck in Burnaby, Canada, is seeking an HR professional to plan, develop and evaluate human resources policies and programs at the on-site location. The role requires 2+ years of HR experience and the ability to advise managers and employees on policy interpretation and benefit programs.

You will review projects for legal compliance, establish procedures, coordinate recruitment strategies, and manage performance, training, and salary classifications.

Qualifications

• College/CEGEP diploma.
• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in HR.
• English language proficiency.
