The Human Resources Officer (HRO) is essential to the daily operations and well-being of ASUS, overseeing all personnel-related matters to ensure a positive and meaningful experience for volunteers and employees. They provide support on conflict resolution, equitable hiring, training, evaluations, and organizational behavior while continuously improving policies for transparency and inclusivity. Leading a team of two deputies and two directors, the HRO collaborates across all commissions and offices to foster a safe and accountable environment. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, impartial decision-makers, and skilled in conflict resolution.

Time Commitment and Remuneration
10 month-term from May 1st, 2025 to April 30th, 2026. Payouts will be in accordance with the Human Resources Policy Salary Grid 10.03.01 which can be accessed here: Click here
