Ferretti Search is excited to partner with a leading marketing and creative services firm to find their next Human Resources Manager.

• Location : Nashville, TN (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 remote)
• Compensation : $90,000–$120,000 + bonus
• Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday

What will your day look like?

• HR Leadership : Serve as the primary HR contact for a growing team of creative and client service professionals.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding : Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Culture & Engagement : Drive initiatives around employee experience, DEI, recognition, and internal communications.
• HR Operations : Maintain compliance, support performance management, and update policies and employee handbooks.
• HR Systems & Projects : Oversee HRIS systems and support implementation of tools that improve employee lifecycle efficiency.

Who are you?

• HR Professional : 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead capacity.
• Marketing / Creative Industry Savvy : Comfortable supporting fast-paced, client-facing teams with dynamic work styles.
• Trusted Partner : Strong interpersonal skills and ability to balance employee needs with business priorities.
• Process-Oriented : Skilled at building and improving HR systems, programs, and documentation.
• Tech-Friendly : Familiar with modern HR tech platforms (HRIS, ATS, performance tools, etc.).
