Red Door Shelter seeks a passionate Senior Human Resources Manager to drive its mission of ending homelessness. In this key leadership position, you will oversee HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws while fostering a positive workplace culture, engaging closely with team members to inspire change and support organizational growth.
Hours of Work : Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Salary : $96,390 - $111,583 per year (negotiable based on experience)

The Opportunity : We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee our HR function. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the Executive Director, responsible for strategic and day-to-day HR operations across the organization. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with all employment legislation and the Collective Agreement while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
This role will lead labour relations, recruitment, policy development, performance management, and employee engagement. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and staff to support our dedicated team and help build organizational capacity in alignment with Red Door’s mission and values.
