This range is provided by Hays. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

CA$70,000.00/yr - CA$85,000.00/yr

This is a part-time opportunity.

This is a part-time opportunity where you get the chance to help this thriving law firm establish their HR practices. The company is flexible for you to work 20-25 hours per week, with the schedule that suits you. It could be 3 days, or 5 days with shorter hours. The full-time equivalent salary would be CA$120,000-CA$130,000, prorated.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices.

  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgment
