Human Resources Manager
Management Role with A Leading AI Technology Consulting Corporation
  • Position : HR Manager
  • Job Location : Toronto / Remote for right Candidates across Canada

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts and support the rapid growth of our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly within the technology and consulting sectors, and will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and retaining top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the company’s talent needs in AI product development and consulting.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent for key roles across technical, consulting, and leadership domains.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department leads to understand hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Leverage social media and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the interview process, ensuring it is efficient, inclusive, and aligned with company values.
  • Utilize data-driven techniques to assess candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and potential contributions.
  • Develop and promote Karbon Digital’s employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice in the AI and tech consulting industry.
  • Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Continuously optimize recruitment processes based on performance insights.
  • Partner with leadership team and work with cost effective staffing partners/vendors to create a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Support workforce planning and contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives across the company.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the technology or consulting sectors. Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for technical roles such as AI engineers, data scientists, and software developers.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards and relevant recruitment tools needed to ramp up the recruitment efforts.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
    • Understanding of the AI, tech, and consulting industry landscape.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
