Job summary

Our client, an established manufacturing organization undergoing transformation, seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead and elevate the human resources function on site in Oakville, Ontario. You will oversee payroll, benefits, recruitment, performance management, and HR systems, while partnering with leadership to foster a culture that is accountable and safety‑driven.

The role requires CHRP designation, 8+ years in HR leadership within manufacturing, and strong knowledge of Ontario employment

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in HR or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership in manufacturing/industrial.
• CHRP designation required; CHRL asset.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation.
• Experience implementing and managing HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll, benefits administration, compensation programs, and related HR processes
• Ensure compliance with Ontario employment legislation and workplace regulations

Qualifications:

• Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or operations‑focused environment
• CHRP designation required; CHRL designation considered a strong asset
• Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
• Demonstrated success leading change management and organizational development initiatives
• Experience implementing and managing HRIS platforms
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essentialfor success in this role

This is an on‑site position in Oakville
