Reporting to our Director, Total Rewards within Human Resources, the HR Advisor's primary responsibilities include coordinating, executing, and troubleshooting processes related to employee lifecycle events, developing and delivering HR reporting and data analytics, supporting process improvements, and maintaining HR systems. The HR Advisor serves as a key interface for HR with internal partners to ensure effective operations, data accuracy, and security.
The HR Advisor owns HR reporting and analytics, covering employee data from various sources, and supports HRIS administration, including Pulse Surveys, LMS, and SAP.
