Position Description:
Reporting to the Regional Manager and above, the Human Resources Generalist/Barista plays a dual role in supporting both people operations and day-to-day store activities. They are responsible for coordinating HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and team development, while also contributing to store success through direct customer service and shift support. This role ensures effective staffing, promotes a positive workplace culture, and helps maintain an inclusive, energetic, and growth-focused environment for both employees and customers.
