Overview: Constellation Real Estate Group is a part of Constellation Software, Inc. (CSI) and includes Constellation1 and Constellation Data Labs, which provide software solutions and technology services to real estate professionals across North America.

Human Resource Generalist (Remote CAD)

Overview: The HRG will support the HR functions for the Constellation Real Estate Group (CREG), managing employee lifecycle tasks such as onboarding, terminations, and administrative duties. The role involves collaboration with both the CREG team and the Corporate HR team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted contact for designated employees within the CREG portfolio.
  • Support HR processes and manage HR projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Act as a first point of contact for managers regarding employee relations issues, escalating as needed.
  • Generate official HR documents including offer letters, employment agreements, and incentive plans.
  • Create onboarding plans and educate new employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Partner with Payroll and HR teams, reviewing payroll reports and flagging issues.
  • Maintain and audit employee data in HRIS (Workday), ensuring timely completion of employee files.
  • Assist in developing and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide training to employees and managers as required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the designated group.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements; participate in audits.
  • Support other HR projects and general HR functions as needed.
Qualifications:
  • At least three (3) years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience working in a decentralized HR environment with corporate support.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
