Responsibilities :

• Lead recruitment including posting ads, screening candidates, and conducting new hire orientations.
• Administer payroll.
• Address employee HR-related issues.
• Handle WCB claims.

Education, Qualifications, and Skills :

• 1+ years experience in HR within a production environment.
• CHRP / CHRL designation or working towards it is an asset.
