Job Description
About the role :
The objective of the Recruitment Specialist is to analyze client needs, develop recruitment strategies, search for and interview talent to fill positions for our clients, and support new hire onboarding. This role primarily operates remotely with flexible working hours, with occasional requirements to work in Downtown Toronto.
Base salary : CAD 50,000 to 60,000 + Commission pay + comprehensive group benefits. Total package will be CAD 80,000 to 100,000.
