Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across employee relations, talent management, onboarding, safety, and HR compliance. The role partners with leaders and staff to guide and implement HR initiatives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

The position covers full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, leave administration, and HRIS record-keeping while maintaining confidentiality and promoting a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a Generalist or similar role.
  • Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, leave administration, and HR operations.
  • CPHR designation or progress toward obtaining a designation is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to employees and leaders on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
  • Build relationships with leaders to support engagement, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and assist in resolving employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and policies.
  • Foster a strong safety culture and partner with leaders to integrate safety into daily operations and engagement.
  • Conduct full cycle recruitment, including job posting, interviews, criminal record checks and offers.
  • Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding activities.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure all employment documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Administer leaves of absence and workplace accommodations per legislation and policies.
  • Support benefit administration by responding to inquiries and coordinating enrollment and changes.
  • Maintain confidential employee records within the HRIS and filing systems.
  • Prepare employment-related documentation including offer letters, changes, disciplinary paperwork, and termination paperwork.
  • Coordinate and track performance review processes and support leaders with documentation and coaching.
  • Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate employee information is maintained and processed.
  • Support employee training, development, and engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with policy development, implementation, and communication.
  • Analyze HR processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and employee experience.
  • Coordinates volunteer, social and fundraising initiatives for assigned facilities.
  • Participate in HR projects and organizational initiatives as assigned.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and sound judgment with sensitive information.

The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function. Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.

  • Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, leave administration, and HR operations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site or operational environment is considered an asset.
  • CPHR designation or progress toward obtaining a designation is considered an asset.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Working knowledge of applicable employment standards, employment, human rights and safety legislation.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices across the employee lifecycle.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
