Job summary

PURPLE is seeking an organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our Vancouver office. You will support recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR operations to ensure a positive employee experience.

This role focuses on maintaining records, coordinating travel, and assisting with compliance and engagement initiatives while collaborating with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • A collaborative, positive attitude and a passion for creating a great employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave tracking, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare employment letters, agreements, and other HR correspondence.
  • Support HR compliance initiatives, including policy administration and mandatory training.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, vendor coordination, facility requests, and maintaining a well-organized workplace.
  • Assist with corporate travel coordination, expense administration, and travel policy compliance.
  • Provide exceptional HR support to employees and managers while contributing to continuous process improvements.
  • Assist with additional HR, office, and administrative duties as assigned.
