Supporting the HR team, the HR Coordinator assists with various HR functions; this requires a hands-on approach with both administrative & tactical tasks and customer service to employees and leaders.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Provide coordinator and administrative support to the People and Culture team, assisting with the execution of key HR initiatives and ensuring smooth People & Culture operations.
  • Support with the creation of documentation to manage changes associated with the employee life-cycle.
  • Responsible for processing all changes within the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in maintaining employee records and supporting HR operations.
  • Manage full cycle recruitment process to ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.
  • Lead new employee onboarding, helping to create an exceptional first impression and fostering early engagement.
  • Be a trusted resource for internal and external HR queries, supporting team leaders and employees by delivering top-tier HR service.
  • Bring innovative ideas and suggest improvements to enhance efficiencies, adding value to both new and existing HR processes and initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of corporate wide programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.


WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • This role is perfect for someone with 1-3 years of experience in HR who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Human Resources Education (Diploma/Certificate/Degree) or a related field is an asset.
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
