The Human Resource Business Partner serves as a key leader within Michels Canada, responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including employee relations, policies, programs, and practices. The role involves maintaining and enhancing HR functions by planning, implementing, and evaluating initiatives across Canada and internationally.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and international experience are a plus. Must communicate fluently in English.
