Our client, NCS Fluid Handling Systemsis an industry leader in water transfer and fluid management services,known for its commitment to environmental stewardship, safety, andoperational excellence. Project Managers and senior staffplay a hands-on role from project initiation, developing customizedsafety plans and procedures that are integrated into daily operationsand hazard assessments.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The HR Business Partner will play a key role insupporting and aligning human resource strategies with NCS FluidHandling Systems’ operational goals across Canada. This role will workclosely with leaders and employees across all levels of theorganization, providing guidance in areas such as recruitment,employee relations, compensation and benefits, policy development, andHR program implementation. The successful candidate will also supportthe rollout of the HRIS system, ensure compliance with employmentlegislation, and lead change management initiatives. As a trustedpartner to the business, the HR Business Partner will foster stronginternal relationships, champion a positive workplace culture, andbring a practical, solutions-focused mindset to the role.
