What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with senior regional leaders and employees to provide consultative HR advice that supports the strategic growth of the business
- Deliver timely information and education on HR issues to all organizational levels
- Collaborate with the P&C team to develop solutions based on business needs
- Serve as the HR project lead for large-scale initiatives within the Corporate Office and Collision centers
- Conduct regional and senior leadership exit interviews, providing analysis and recommendations for change activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, organizational development, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of work experience in Human Resources
- Experience in the automotive/dealership and/or retail sector is an asset
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, able to work comfortably with all levels of leaders and employees
- Availability to travel up to 50% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified HR designation or working towards it
- Experience leading and executing projects
- Work experience or education in employment law or other regulatory areas
- Familiarity with HRIS & ATS software (e.g., Workday, ADP)
- Strong proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
