The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a Human Resources Business Partner to support our Cannabis Retail Division. Based primarily at our Edmonton office with regular travel to stores, you’ll be a critical advisor to our Operations team, guiding everything from employee relations and investigations to training, leadership development, and change management.
You’ll act as a trusted partner to business leaders—bringing proactive, compliant, and innovative HR solutions that drive employee engagement and operational excellence.
