You are an experienced HR Professional who is innovative, collaborative, and passionate about using your HR skills to help Durabuilt evolve. You think like a business owner, understand business priorities, champion change, and translate these into an HR agenda that supports business growth. You build relationships and credibility with managers through strategic thinking and tactical execution, providing operational support and HR management support as the key contact for managers.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position with an 8-hour shift. Salary range: CA$85,000 - CA$100,000.
