Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years related experience in construction, safety, environmental, or compliance.
• Solid understanding of HSE management systems, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• High level of technical expertise and ability to drive continuous process improvement while ensuring health, safety and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• HSE team develops policies, strategies, standards, internal controls and tools to manage risk and improve HSE performance across the organization and projects.
• Develop, implement and maintain HSE management system that supports compliance with laws, regulations and codes for all operations/assets.
• Support incident reporting and investigations.
• Compile, analyze, interpret and report on incident trends to Senior Leaders and VP, HSE.
• Collaborate with Facilities Managers to ensure compliance and conduct routine audits.
• Develop initiatives, programs and tools to strengthen awareness and culture.
• Collaborate with internal teams on best practices and innovative improvements.
• Build tools and procedures that are effective and operational.
