A leading construction company in Manitoba is seeking an HSE Manager to oversee and enhance its industry-leading Health, Safety, & Environmental (HSE) Program. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with legislation and foster a positive safety culture across various project sites. This role demands strong leadership skills along with a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health, Safety, & Environmental and relevant certifications. Qualifications

• Must have established experience in heavy construction and/or general contracting.
• Certification as National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) or Certified Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) is required.
• Must have knowledge of Manitoba, Ontario, and Canadian laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve HSE Program across all company sites.
• Ensure compliance with HSE legislation.
• Direct HSE resources for effective project monitoring.
