Golderado Contracting Corporation, Fort Saskatchewan location, is seeking a Health and Safety Administrator to support safety programs, maintain registries, and handle document control.

The role requires two years of HSE admin experience, proficiency with ISN/Avetta/ComplyWorks, and strong English. Benefits include health coverage and vacation pay; 40-hour weeks with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• You have a minimum of two years of experience in HSE administration.
• Experience in upkeeping compliance in ISN, Avetta and ComplyWorks.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
• You have a safety conscious attitude and work well in a team.
• A Health and Safety Administrator certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Enter safety statistics.
• Assist sites with document control.
• Upkeep of registries (ISN, Avetta, ComplyWorks).
• Create meeting agendas.
• Chair monthly office meetings.
• Interact and support the JHSC.
• Upkeep HSE manuals.
• Complete project bid prequalification information.
• Create project ERPs and Safety Plans.
• Subcontractor pre-qualifications.
• General administrative duties.
• Experience with COR Auditing is an asset.

Health and Safety Administrator

Golderado Contracting Corporation ("Golderado") supplies skilled labour for construction projects across Canada, primarily in Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan, supporting clients such as PME Inc., Silverado Site Services, and EllisDon Industrial.

**** This position is for our Fort Saskatchewan Location***

Key Information:

• Hours: Based on a 40-hour work week (8 hours a day, Monday - Friday) with the potential of overtime as required.
• Salary is dependent on experience.
• Health benefits and vacation pay offered.

Job Description:

• Project prequalification and document preparation is considered and asset.
• You have a safety conscious attitude, are outgoing, and able to work with others in a team.
• A Health and Safety Administrator certified is required.
• Proficient English language skills required.
• A reliable means of transportation is required.

Education:

Completion of post-secondary Health and Safety education is required.
