As an HRIS Technical Specialist (HTS), you will support clients using ADP’s HRIS solutions and help them get the most value from their Human Resources systems. You will work closely with clients and internal ADP partners to troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and deliver solutions that enable clients to focus on growing their business.
This role operates within ADP’s Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) / Workforce Now (WFN) environment and requires a strong balance of technical aptitude, HR knowledge, and exceptional client service.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is CAD $59,300.00 - CAD $94,800.00 / Year*
In Ontario and/or British Columbia (where applicable), the range shown represents the expected total compensation, including vacation pay and bonus at target. Although bonus has been calculated as part of the expected annual compensation for this role, bonus pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to business performance, individual annual performance, and company guidelines.
