Job summary

The Neighbourhood Group (TNG) in Toronto is seeking a Human Resources Systems Administrator to manage HR, payroll, benefits, and related systems, reporting to the Manager, HR Systems and Reporting.

This regular full-time role requires accurate data management, adherence to policies, and collaboration with HR, IT, payroll, and unions. On-site work with flexibility to travel between GTA locations.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in HR or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in HR, payroll, benefits, or HRIS.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is an asset.
• Experience in a unionized environment is an asset.
• CHRP designation in progress or achieved is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain employee data in HR, Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS.
• Administer group benefits and pension enrollment, changes, and terminations.
• Administer HRIS and related systems, ensure data accuracy and security.
• Prepare and maintain HR, payroll, and benefits reports.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and internal controls.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HRIS, payroll, benefits.
