Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior HR Operations & Admin Analyst to support onboarding, HRIS activity (SAP/SuccessFactors) and lifecycle tasks from hire to retire. This temporary full-time role runs until March 2027 and covers Canada-based operations with a remote work option.

Responsibilities include handling employee data, audits, inquiries, and collaboration with HR partners, with emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR processes, programs and policies.
• Canadian employment legislation understanding.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level onsite/remote HR support via email or phone.
• Enter employee data into HR core systems and maintain records.
• Coordinate new hire information and status changes in systems.
• Audit and correct system employee data issues.
• Assist senior staff with research and inquiries.
• Prepare standard weekly/monthly reports.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff or leadership.
