JFEShojiPowerCanada Inc. is recruiting an HRIS Analyst to lead Dayforce administration, optimize HR technology, and develop analytics for strategic decision-making. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure data integrity and a strong employee experience.

The role focuses on implementing new Dayforce modules, building dashboards, and driving automation initiatives to improve processes and reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting HRIS platforms.
• Experience with Dayforce strongly preferred.
• Ability to design and develop HR dashboards and workforce analytics.
• Experience collaborating with external consultants and software vendors.
• Strong project management and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Dayforce and related HR technologies.
• Maintain org structures, position management, security roles, workflows, and employee data.
• Develop HR dashboards and workforce analytics for leadership.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT and Finance to ensure data integrity and reporting.
• Lead system upgrades, testing, and deployment readiness.
