Job summary

RSM Canada is seeking a Dayforce Implementation Consultant to lead and support end-to-end Dayforce deployments for HR, payroll, and workforce management.

You will partner with client stakeholders, document requirements, configure modules, support testing and go-live, mentor junior consultants, and uphold Dayforce best practices. Travel up to 25% and strong communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in HR, payroll, benefits administration or related field.
• Travel up to 25% and strong written/verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Dayforce implementations (discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post–go-live support).
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and design meetings to document business requirements and map them to Dayforce functionality.
• Configure Dayforce modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Scheduling/WFM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, Learning, and Reporting & Analytics.
