Job summary

Focus Cloud is partnering with a large healthcare organization in Canada to bring on an HR Transformation Lead to support a major Workday implementation and HR transformation program. The role shapes HR services across a multi-organization environment and requires leading workshops and delivering future-state designs.

You will collaborate with business, HR change, and training teams to ensure readiness, testing, and a smooth transition to the new service model.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR or business transformation within large, complex programs.
• Proven knowledge of HR service delivery models, service catalogs, organizational design and process improvement.
• Experience leading workshops, building stakeholder consensus and driving issues to resolution.
• Ability to develop clear recommendations for senior leadership.
• Understanding of change management, operational readiness and cutover planning.

Here at Focus Cloud we are currently partnering with a large healthcare organization in Canada that is looking to bring on an HR Transformation Lead to support a major Workday implementation and wider HR transformation program.

This is an opportunity to help shape how HR services are structured and delivered across a complex, multi-organization environment.

Role Overview:

• Lead future-state HR service delivery and business process design
• Develop HR service catalogs, service ownership models and organizational structures
• Drive process standardization and alignment across people, policy and technology
• Work closely with business, Workday, change and training teams
• Support operational readiness, testing and transition into the future service model
