You will work with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals and guide a team of HR professionals to deliver practical, compliant solutions.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on HR leadership, strong employee relations expertise, and the business savvy to drive performance across multi-location operations.

Qualifications

• Progressive HR leadership with experience managing and developing HR teams.

Foresight Recruitment Group is partnering with an established Canadian real estate organization to identify an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Manager / Director, Human Resources.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play an important role in strengthening HR operations, supporting business leaders, and guiding a team of HR professionals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Experience within real estate, property management, or another operationally complex industry would be an asset.
