Job summary

Focus Cloud is partnering with a large healthcare organization in Canada to hire two HR Transformation Business Analysts for a major Workday implementation and HR transformation program. The role involves leading business process analysis, facilitating workshops, and aligning requirements with Workday capabilities.

You will help shape HR service delivery models and operating processes in a multi-organization environment, supporting testing and deployment readiness while working 100% remotely on

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive business analysis experience.
• Experience working with Workday.
• Strong experience in process redesign, requirements management and workshop facilitation.
• Knowledge of business architecture, HR service delivery and enterprise software implementations.
• Proven skills in process mapping, SOP development and testing support.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to independently drive assigned work to completion.

Here at Focus Cloud we are currently partnering with a large healthcare organization in Canada that is looking to bring on two HR Transformation Business Analysts to support a major Workday implementation and wider HR transformation program.

This is an opportunity to help shape future HR processes and service delivery across a complex, multi-organization environment.

Role Overview:

• Lead business process analysis, workflow mapping and requirements gathering
• Facilitate workshops with HR, business and program stakeholders
• Support the design of HR service delivery models, service catalogs and operating processes
