Job summary

T&T Supermarket is seeking a Manager, HR Projects & Transformation in Toronto, Ontario to turn HR priorities into measurable outcomes. You will partner with the HR Lead and Leadership Team to translate priorities into integrated roadmaps, milestones and accountabilities, while driving discipline and maintaining momentum across complex HR initiatives.

You will develop executive materials, govern with fit-for-purpose standards, and connect cross-functional work with vendors and enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project or program management, transformation, consulting or related field.
• Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives or portfolios from planning through delivery.
• Strong planning, governance, risk management and dependency management capabilities.
• Ability to translate strategic direction into practical plans and sustained execution.
• Confidence to influence and momentum with stakeholders without formal authority.
• Excellent analytical, facilitation, written communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into delivery by turning priorities into integrated roadmaps, milestones and ownership.
• Drive execution discipline by challenging unclear ownership, missed milestones and delivery risks.
• Manage portfolio visibility with integrated view of HR initiatives, status, risks and dependencies.
• Enable practical governance with fit-for-purpose PM standards, tools and reporting.
• Connect cross-functional work across HR, business functions, tech teams and vendors.
• Support prioritization and sequencing with evidence and options for discussions.
• Develop executive decision materials: concise presentations and progress updates.
• Integrate change and delivery with stakeholder readiness, communications and adoption requirements.
• Track benefits and outcomes with owners to monitor progress and post-implementation reviews.
• Improve how work gets done by simplifying handoffs and using data to scale execution.
• Provide targeted delivery support for cross-functional HR projects as required.
