Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition or related operations.
• Experience supporting recruiting processes, systems, or technology-enabled improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve day-to-day Talent Acquisition operations for consistency and efficiency.
• Support TA technology platforms, workflows, configurations, and issue resolution.
• Analyze recruiting data and metrics to identify improvements.
• Coordinate with recruiters, HR, and vendors on process updates and adoption.
• Develop training materials and deliver system user training.
