Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in project or program management, transformation, consulting or a related field.
• Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Strong planning, governance, risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to translate strategic direction into practical plans and decisive execution.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into delivery by creating integrated roadmaps with clear outcomes and milestones.
• Drive execution discipline by identifying owners, milestones, dependencies and risks; propose corrective actions.
• Manage portfolio visibility with an integrated view of HR initiatives, status, risks and dependencies.
• Establish fit-for-purpose project and portfolio management standards, tools and reporting.
• Coordinate dependencies across HR, business, technology, vendors and partners; facilitate timely decisions.
• Support prioritization and sequencing through evidence-based discussions.
