  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information for a wide range of audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of HR projects, including defining scope, objectives, success measures, and deliverables in partnership with leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Develop integrated project plans, including timelines, dependencies, resourcing, and governance, ensuring alignment from initiation through to completion.
  • Drive accountability for project outcomes, proactively identifying and managing risks, issues, and constraints to ensure successful delivery.
  • Establish and maintain clear, consistent project documentation and reporting (e.g., charters, status updates, decision logs, etc.) to support transparency and decision-making.
  • Engage and partner with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather requirements, align expectations, and translate business needs into actionable plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, using a consulting mindset to influence, guide, and support stakeholders in navigating complexity, resolving barriers, and sustaining momentum.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and changes effectively, ensuring stakeholders are informed, aligned, and positioned to make timely decisions.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across HR and the broader organization to enable collaboration and successful project outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR project management practices, tools, and standards.
  • Partner closely with the HR Change Management team to embed effective change practices into project delivery, supporting adoption and minimizing disruption to the business.
