The HR Systems and Process Specialist is a key position within the HR Enablement team in Canada, reporting to the Senior HR Systems Specialist. The role involves supporting HR operations, data management, system functionality, reporting, compliance, and time-off management. The person will also work on improving talent operational effectiveness, focusing on formalizing and enhancing end-to-end processes. Collaboration with various stakeholders across the firm, including recruitment, payroll, total rewards, IT, and our third-party provider IBM, is essential. This position is open to all office locations in Canada.

The salary range in British Columbia is $56,400 to $84,600, with actual compensation based on experience and location.
