Job Overview
Job Function
- Participate in developing a process framework and measures of process effectiveness for Supply Chain.
- Support the establishment of standards, procedures, and processes for improvements across all sites.
- Prepare project quality assurance plans.
Job Duties
- Support the development and maintenance of work programs, quality assurance plans, and audit plans.
- Participate in developing and recommending a business process framework and implementing effective performance measures, procedures, and improvement initiatives.
- Advise, guide, and assist process owners in Supply Chain groups.
- Address non-compliance issues with the supervisor and ensure sound advice.
- Develop and coordinate training plans and communication plans aligned with process schedules.
- Design and facilitate communication and integration forums to support divisional objectives.
- Assist staff with implementing new processes and change management interventions.
- Establish performance objectives, plan, execute, and improve processes.
- Create visual data models for analysis and communication.
- Perform benchmarking and assessments to identify process improvements.
- Serve as Ariba Subject Matter Expert for Supply Chain processes.
- Develop workflows using MS Power Automate, maintain MS Flows for Warehouse Support desk.
- Develop and sustain PowerBI solutions.
- Update Ariba Catalog and guided buying interface.
Qualifications
Education
- Knowledge of business principles, processes, procedures, organizational structure, and change management, acquired through a four-year university education or equivalent.
- Ability to develop process frameworks and support departmental standards.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written, for preparing reports, presentations, and discussions.
Experience
- Over 6 to 8 years of experience in planning, organization, change management, and business improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with business process improvement policies, principles, methods, and communication systems.
- Understanding of interdepartmental relationships and responsibilities.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in Ariba, PowerBI development, Asset Suite 9 (desired).
