You will support daily HR system operations, investigate issues, implement process improvements, support audits, and coordinate system changes with the Workday team during the 18‑month contract. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, IT, HR Systems, or related field.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications is an asset.
• Exposure to HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support of the HR System.
• Investigate and resolve system issues, escalating complex problems as required.
• Perform moderate to complex HR process improvements, system configuration, and testing across HR modules.
