Job description

Toromont Industries Ltd. is seeking a contract-based HR Systems Analyst. The ideal candidate will be an operational and system subject matter expert for various modules of UKG/Ultipro (HR/Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance), leading troubleshooting, configuration, testing, and deployment of system changes. Additionally, the Analyst will develop and analyze reports to provide People insights tailored to business needs. This role is hybrid, based in Concord, Ontario.

Responsibilities

1. Generate reports and dashboards using Cognos BI to meet scheduled and ad-hoc business requirements.
2. Test system enhancements and configurations to ensure continual updates and optimization.
3. Troubleshoot, resolve, and communicate fixes for issues related to People processes and workflows.
4. Conduct regular system audits to maintain data integrity.
5. Maintain documentation of system and business processes.
6. Collaborate on various projects as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of HR systems experience.
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
