Job Posting Description:

This is a hybrid role #LI-Hybrid

Secondment/Contract: Up to 12 months

Reporting to Manager, Inventory Replenishment, you will support inventory-related initiatives by providing technical, analytical and subject matter expertise to support LCBO’s Future State Modernization project.

About the Role

  • Gather, compile, and interpret information between multiple sources, departments and divisions for Future State Modernisation
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of current state and application for future state
  • Provide business process expertise to technology and support teams to ensure solutions meet what is required
  • Conduct data analysis and process mapping; provide insights to decision makers through analyzing operational and process analysis information
  • AnalyzeReplenishment processes and systems, processes and data supporting vendor collaboration
  • Participate in testing activities including End-to-end Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented processes and systems.
  • Execute, and evaluate test scripts to effectively assess system and/or application functionality for end-to-end Testing and User Acceptance Testing

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management (and/or Business Administration), Inventory Management, together with related experience
  • Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in Inventory replenishment, retail supply chain operations, end to end fulfillment order management
  • Preference for candidates with medium/large project management experience
  • Experience with replenishment tools, Blue Yonder preferred
  • Expert experience in using MS Office particularly Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Power Platform
  • You will show analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance workload in fast paced environment with an outstanding attention to detail
  • Results-oriented and proactive; you work efficiently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Able to balance high volume workload and short timelines with an extraordinary attention to detail
  • Possess effective communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
