Job summary

The Talent World in Bolton is seeking an experienced HR Systems & Process Advisor to help transform HR technology and deliver insightful reporting. You will manage HR systems, including SuccessFactors, build dashboards, ensure data quality and GDPR compliance, and drive automation across HR processes.

You will collaborate with Payroll, Finance and HR stakeholders, support system upgrades and training, and contribute to AI adoption and digital projects that improve the employee and manager

Qualifications

• Experience in HR systems, HRIS or People Analytics.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
• Strong data quality and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop HR systems, including SuccessFactors.
• Produce HR reports, dashboards and people analytics.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and GDPR compliance.
• Improve HR processes through automation and standardisation.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Systems & Process Advisor to join a progressive organisation investing heavily in HR technology, digital transformation and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving HR systems, analysing people data and delivering innovative solutions that enhance both the employee and manager experience.

Working closely with the wider HR function, you'll be responsible for developing HR systems, producing insightful reporting, improving HR processes and supporting digital projects that help drive organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities

About You

• Experience within HR Systems, HRIS, HR Operations or People Analytics
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of HR processes
• Experience using SuccessFactors would be advantageous
• Advanced Excel reporting skills
• Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to data quality
