North Bay Regional Health Centre is seeking an HRIS Project Manager to lead HRIS initiatives from planning through implementation and post-go-live support, reporting to the Vice President, Corporate and CFO.
The hybrid role combines remote and on-site work across designated locations and requires PMP/PRINCE2 certification, plus 5+ years in project management with 3+ years in HRIS projects and experience with leading HRIS integrations and data migrations.
Contract Length: 2-year term with possibility of extension

Join us in leading the transformation of Human Resources technology. Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate and CFO, the HRIS Project Manager will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) projects that drive organizational success.
This role follows a hybrid work model, combining remote work with required on-site presence. The HRIS Project Manager will be expected to work on-site at designated locations on a regular basis to support key project milestones, stakeholder meetings, and system implementation activities. Specific on-site requirements will be communicated in advance and may vary by project phase.
