Job summary

Hatch Ltd. is seeking an HR Co-op Student for a dynamic 4-month internship in Mississauga starting September 2025. Qualifications

Hatch is seeking an HR Co-op Student with interest in Human Resources for a 4-month internship starting in September 2025. Reporting to the HR Service Centre Lead, you will support offices globally working from our Mississauga Head office.

As a successful candidate, you will :

  • Support various HR generalist activities including new hire file creation, onboarding, HR reporting and analytics, and review of HR programs and processes.
  • Participate in the creation of reports and maintain databases
  • Assist with day-to-day employee requests
  • Support payroll administration duties on an as-needed basis
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

You bring to the role :

  • 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year student enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business or a similar program, or a diploma specializing in Human Resources
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills are assets
  • Strong MS Office skills with advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors and / or SAP is an asset
