Location : Remote (Canada-based preferred)

Type : 3-Month Contract (with opportunity for full-time employment + potential stock options)

Compensation : Weekly base pay + Commission

After success in the student and jobseeker market, we’re expanding our B2B services for small and mid-sized businesses.

The Role

We’re looking for a talented and driven Sales & Marketing Contractor to lead outreach and client acquisition efforts for our B2B services. This is a high-impact role with the potential to evolve into a permanent position with stock options.

What You’ll Do

• Generate and qualify leads for our B2B recruiting services
• Build and manage outbound campaigns (cold email, calls, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Conduct discovery calls and demos with potential clients
• Help refine our sales messaging and marketing content
• Provide market feedback to improve our product and positioning
• Support marketing initiatives to boost visibility and inbound interest

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B sales or marketing (especially with SMBs or SaaS)
• Self-motivated with strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with cold outreach and managing a sales pipeline
• Knowledge of CRM and email marketing tools is a plus
• Bonus : Experience selling recruiting, HR, or SaaS products
