Role Description

This is a volunteer remote role for an HR Recruitment Co-ordinator. The HR Recruitment Co-ordinator will be responsible for coordinating new hire orientations, managing recruitment processes, and supporting the onboarding of new volunteers. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining records of recruitment activities, conducting interviews, and providing excellent customer service to potential new members.

Qualifications
  • Human Resources (HR) knowledge and Experience conducting New Hire Orientations
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Prior experience in a non-profit environment is a plus
