Responsibilities
  • Manage through team leads and may directly manage support and lower-level professional employees to deliver operational objectives
  • Manage a team of employees in the Support track, and occasionally manage lower-level Professional track roles (P1 and P2)
  • Provide direction based on established policies and practices
  • Identify opportunities for improved work practices and recommend them to senior leadership
  • Manage and resolve escalated operational issues resulting from process gaps or evolving user requirements
  • Develop and oversee routine operational plans, typically on a monthly timeline
  • Operate tactically, making decisions within established policies, procedures, and precedents
Team Management
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers exceptional service
  • Ensure quality training and cross-training to support business continuity
  • Monitor team performance and maintain compliance with organizational standards
  • Foster a customer-centric mindset and deliver outstanding employee experiences
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and support team development goals
  • Promote an inclusive work environment and respect for diverse cultures
Operations Management
  • Monitor service delivery through quality assurance, case data reviews, and employee feedback
  • Optimize operational processes and promote self-service opportunities
  • Support global and regional people initiatives as a trusted partner
  • Organize and lead meetings, analyze key metrics, and propose strategic improvements
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely updates to policies and legislation
  • Drive continuous improvement and maintain comprehensive knowledge databases
Project Management
  • Lead projects focused on process improvement and innovation
  • Collaborate with global teams to implement success criteria and project plans
  • Represent HR support functions in cross-functional projects and initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS)
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Transformation
  • Experience in process design and a transformational mindset
  • Strong customer service orientation focusing on employee experience
  • Deep understanding of HR compliance, policies, benefits, and employment law in the US, Canada, and Latin America
  • Experience with HR case management tools, Workday, and emerging AI technologies
  • Proven ability to build effective, inclusive teams
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate across large teams
