Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years HR experience.
• Diploma in business, human resource management or related field required.
• Experience with computerized payroll systems and/or HRIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR services and inquiries, delivering timely, accurate information to staff, faculty, managers, and clients.
• Support onboarding, group insurance administration, and leave management, including leave without pay and LTD initiation.
• Assist with position control administration, job evaluation, recruitment, hiring, and payroll processes; perform other related duties as required.
